Week 1 — Foundations

Both Prototype games run on the proprietary (a modified version of the engine used for The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction ). This engine is optimized for single-threaded, client-side physics and AI. Every NPC, every military vehicle, and every infected hunter is managed locally. There is no netcode.
